HOUSE RULES

No Smoking Anywhere on the Property - Smoking, vaping and open flames (including candles and incense) are strictly prohibited inside and anywhere outside on the property. This rule is in place to protect both our guests and the surrounding environment.

Maximum Occupancy - The property accommodates up to 6 guests. Exceeding this may result in additional charges or cancellation of your stay.

Lock Doors & Windows - For safety, please lock all doors and windows when you leave the property.

Trash - Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins and ensure lids are securely closed.

Wildlife Safety - Leaving food or garbage outside can attract wildlife, including bears, raccoons, and other animals. For your safety and theirs, do not leave food, trash, or personal items outside overnight. If you have more waste than the bins can hold, please contact us for disposal instructions.

Appliance & Utility Use - Please turn off lights, AC/heating, and appliances when not in use to conserve energy.

Damages & Repairs - Accidents happen! Please report any damages or maintenance needs as soon as possible.

Check-Out Procedures - Before you leave, please take out the trash, load/run the dishwasher, and return any moved items to their original places. Used towels and linens can be placed in the clothes hampers provided in each room.

THERMOSTAT & ENERGY USE

Please help us maintain a comfortable and energy-efficient home by keeping the thermostat set between [recommended temperature range] when heating or cooling. If you adjust the temperature, please return it to [default setting] when you check out.

TRASH & RECYCLING SCHEDULE

Fire Safety: Never leave a fire unattended. Ensure the fire is fully extinguished before going to bed or leaving the property.

No Cooking: Do not cook food in the fireplace.

Prohibited Materials: Do not burn trash, paper products, or anything other than approved firewood.

Ash Disposal: If needed, allow ashes to cool completely before disposing of them in the metal ash bin provided.

You can find the first aid kit in the bathroom closet. The fire extinguisher can be found under the kitchen sink.
